Smirking Andrew shrugs off King's state visit snub as he's spotted on horseback in Windsor

Prince Andrew was spotted horse riding in Windsor today. In the first viewing of King Charles III’s brother, since the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the disgraced Prince appeared smiling. He was excluded from a busy week of royal engagements while senior members welcomed the president of South Africa on a state visit to the UK.
