An eight-year-old schoolboy who had gone missing with his backpack has been found after a depserate search. Thames Valley Police had said the boy, named as Aidan, was missing from Sandy Lane Primary School in Bracknell. Police officers were worried for the eight-year-old and his whereabouts. They had urged anyone with information to urgently contact them.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson had said: “He is described as follows: White male, 4ft tall, slim build, dark brown hair, bright blue jumper, grey trousers, backpack with a number of country flags.”
But police later called off the search for eight-year-old Aidan after he turned up in the school.
A spokesperson said: “We’re happy to announce that Aidan has been located safely within the school. Thank you for your support.”
Thames Valley Police are also appealing for the public’s help in tracing a 15-year-old girl.
Krystal has not been seen since she left her home address in Slough, Berkshire last Friday.
She is described as being white with blonde hair and was last seen wearing a black knee-length puffa-style jacket, white Nike Air Force 1 trainers, blue ripped jeans and a white top. The youngster is known to Slough but she maybe in Milton Keynes.
Police are concerned for her welfare and are asking with anyone with information to contact them.
PC Natasha Smith, based at Slough police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Krystal and we are concerned for her welfare.
“If anyone has information as to her whereabouts or has seen her we would ask them to contact us online through our missing person page, quoting reference 432205454446. If it is an emergency, please call 999.”
