The Duchess of Cambridge sparked delight from royal followers as a snap of her crouching down to greet a little girl emerged during a walkabout in Jamaica. In the picture, the mother-of-three beams as she high fives the youngster in a sweet moment.
The image prompted an excited reaction from royal fans on Twitter.
One user with the handle @BillyDouglass7 said: “Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is the Children’s Princess!”
Another Twitter user, @CamillaWindsor_, wrote: “Catherine always finding the children to say hi to.”
A third with the handle @NyVicki commented: “New favourite pic…”
Another Twitter user compared Kate to Princess Diana, saying: “She always gives children her time, every tour and public appearances, I don’t like saying it because she is her own special person but she reminds me more and more of Princess Diana she is loved by everyone and the more people that see her will love her too.”
One more, @KateMeghanMoji, added: “Adorable.”
It comes as Kate and William are now on the second leg of their eight-day tour of the Caribbean.
The couple kicked off the trip in Belize on Saturday, before touching down in Jamaica yesterday.

On the fifth day of their tour, the Cambridges will attend an official meeting with the Prime Minister of Jamaica Andrew Holness.
They will later head to Shortwood Teacher Training College for an event that will shine a spotlight on Jamaica’s work on the early years development of children.
William and Kate will also visit Spanish Town Hospital, which is celebrating its 70th birthday this year, and hear first-hand how frontline staff have responded to Covid and how the pandemic has impacted the healthcare system in Jamaica.
They will end the busy day with a dinner hosted by the Governor General of Jamaica.
